In a sustenance processor, beat the chorizo, sausagemeat, paprika, lime juice and coriander until all around consolidated. Include the beans and some flavoring, and rapidly beat again to blend. Tip into a bowl and blend in simply enough egg (about half) to tie. Shape into 2 fat burgers, spread and chill for 15 mins. In the interim, heat stove to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.
Warmth the oil in a container and broil the burgers for 3 mins on each side. Exchange to a heating sheet and cook in the broiler for a further 10 mins until cooked through.
Serve the burgers in moves with soured cream, avocado and rocket, with chips and lime wedges as an afterthought, on the off chance that you like.
